Qualifications:

- 1-2 years of experience in an HR-related role, preferably as an HR Assistant or Generalist.
- Knowledge of labor laws, payroll processes, compensation strategies, and HR best practices.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
